Celery Leaf Pesto

Ingredients
handful celery leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
pinch salt

Procedure

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve as a dip or use as pasta sauce!

Notes:
– You can add more olive oil or lemon juice if you want a thinner consistency.
– Optional add-ons: lemon zest, black pepper, cayenne, roasted nuts, parmesan
