Sinantolan

Ingredients

santol, grated, washed and drained 5x to remove sourness
garlic, minced
onion, minced
salt
siling labuyo
coconut cream, enough to cover the santol

Procedure

  1. Add all ingredients in a pot.
  2. Place pot over medium heat and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly until dry and oil comes out of the coconut cream.
  3. Serve with rice!
