Ingredients
santol, grated, washed and drained 5x to remove sourness
garlic, minced
onion, minced
salt
siling labuyo
coconut cream, enough to cover the santol
Procedure
- Add all ingredients in a pot.
- Place pot over medium heat and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly until dry and oil comes out of the coconut cream.
- Serve with rice!
