Why?
Carrots and beets contain compounds that like cartenoids and betalains that are really good for your eyesight and inhibit cell growth in tumors. But a study in the European journal of physiology also found that foods like beets that are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory phytochemicals have the potential to reduce bone and muscle damage after extreme exercises.

Chocolate NUT BUTTER Smoothie

For this, you’ll need 1 glass of milk (your choice of regular, coconut or almond milk). Add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder, and teaspoon of honey.
